Import client from Intelliflo

Requirements:

• Access to client platform

IntelliFlo (Intelligent Office) provides SaaS software used by advisors and administrators on a daily basis to manage front and back-office workflows and to respond to consumer and regulatory needs.

 

In cases where the advisers are importing their clients' data from IntelliFlo, Platform One has that functionality.

 

Instructions

1. Under 'Main Menu', navigate to 'Clients'.
2. Hover your mouse to 'Your Clients', and you will see 'Intelliflo Import'.
3. On the next screen, you can import multiple clients by including each IO client ID on a new line.
