How to cancel a withdrawal request?

Requirements:

• Access to client platform

This is the function on the platform to cancel a withdrawal request

Instructions

1. Under 'Main Menu', navigate to 'Accounts'.
   
2. Search for the account where you want to cancel the withdrawal request by clicking the 'Search' field on the upper right part of the page.
3. Once the account is selected, on the left pane, click on 'Request a withdrawal'.
4. On the 'Request a Withdrawal' page, you'll see the pending and closed requests.
5. Choose the request where you want to cancel and hit the 'Cancel' button.
