Requirements:
- Access to client platform with right roles and permission.
There are instances where the client wants to switch to a different model portfolio
Instructions
- Under 'Main Menu', select 'Clients'.

- On the 'Your Clients' page, search for the account by typing in the 'Search' field on the top-right part the full name or email address of the client.

- Select the client's account that you want to manage the asset, then hit 'Accounts' on the top menu.

- Choose the specific account of the client, then under 'Overview' on the left pane, select 'Investments'.

- On the 'Investments' page, it will show the valuation of the account. Click on 'Switch' button on 'Other Investments' box.

- On the next page, it will show you the assets that the account holds. On the specific asset, under 'Actions' column, you will be given options on what to do with the asset. Select your preferred portion of the asset that you want to switch to another model portfolio.

- Once set up the action, under 'After sale' pane, choose 'Switch the proceeds into new assets'. On the 'Fund Switch' part, choose the 'Type of switch', it is either 'Buy an asset' or 'Buy a model portfolio'. Under 'Investment to buy' column, search for the asset/model portfolio where you want to switch to. Then put in the percentage of the proceeds to be switched under 'Amount to switch' column. Proceeding the action will trigger a rebalance of the investment to the new asset/model portfolio’s target allocations. This rebalance will only sell the differences in value needed to get to the new allocations; it will not sell everything and re-buy the assets.
