Requirements:
- Right access to the client platform (Platform Administrator)
Instructions
- On the main page, select 'Accounts'.

- Search for the account where you want to cancel the withdrawal request - by putting the account details on the upper right part of the page.

- Once the account is opened, select 'Request a withdrawal' under 'Transfer & fees'

- On the 'Request a Withdrawal or Transfer screen', you will see the pending withdrawal requests and the closed requests. You will see the status as well if the request is for approval or already instructed to the treasury team of the organization.

- Click the 'Cancel' button adjacent to the request -

- Please note that if the withdrawal is showing as having been instructed to your treasury team. Cancelling the request on the platform does not cancel the payment instruction to the treasury team. Please ensure that the payment is not made by the treasury team, as cancelling the platform request has removed the ring-fence on the client’s cash balance.
