How to rebalance models?

Requirements:

• Right access to the client platform
• Model type of the portfolio should be 'Discretionary'

Rebalancing a portfolio is the process of changing the weightings of assets in an investment portfolio. To rebalance a portfolio, an individual buys or sells assets to reach their desired portfolio composition.

Instructions:

• Under 'Main Menu', click on 'Model Portfolios'
• On the 'Model Portfolios' page, click on 'Request a Rebalance'.

• On the 'Request a Rebalance' page, fill out the details and hit 'Request' once done.

 

In cases that an organization has no option to rebalance their models, check the settings of the organization by going to 'Admin > Organization and ticking the 'Has discretionary management permissions' option.
